I'm Sandi a studio potter living in central Connecticut creating in clay and inspired by horses!
I was smitten with clay and horses at a young age and dabbled with clay off and on most of my life. In 1988 I began classes at The Wesleyan Potters in Middletown, Connecticut. After two years of classes I applied for a membership in the co-op and became a Key Member at the pottery, 1991 - present.
High fire stoneware Miniatures and Horsehair Raku have been my pottery focus over the past several years.
In 2007 I am finding a new passion- metal smithing and jewelry making- stay tuned for more to come.
